We build fiber optic networks, execute civil works and install electrical grid infrastructure for Germany's leading telecom operators and utility networks — controlled by registered engineers from mobilization through to Abnahme.
Founded in January 2022 in Cologne, MCPOWER Europe GmbH has grown into a 25-person engineering organisation delivering end-to-end fiber optic, civil works and grid infrastructure across Germany.
What sets us apart is straightforward: every project is run by registered engineers who carry technical and regulatory responsibility from day one — not subcontracted away, not delegated. When you appoint MCPOWER, you get direct engineer accountability through to the acceptance protocol.
Full regulatory acceptance achieved on every completed project since 2022. Not a claim — a documented file of acceptance protocols available on request.
Three integrated practice areas operated by one engineering management team. The same registered engineer signs off on civil, fiber and electrical acceptance — eliminating interface risk across the entire project lifecycle.
FTTH, FTTX and FTTB design, deployment, splicing and acceptance documentation. From POP installation to OTDR-verified home connection.
Open trench, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and full surface reinstatement on public roads — asphalt, concrete and cobblestone — with complete traffic management.
Underground LV/MV cable installation, substation works, cable jointing and earthing — under HWK Berlin certification. Full coordination with Netzbetreiber.
Four projects across three federal states. All executed as sole subcontractor or approved supplier — with full engineering responsibility and documented acceptance protocols.
Deutsche Telekom via Constructel GmbH · 2022–2023
Full FTTH deployment through a historic Altstadt district — combining asphalt road works with precision cobblestone reinstatement. Traffic management coordinated with the municipality throughout. Independent end-to-end execution as sole subcontractor.
Deutsche Telekom via Circet Germany · 2023–2024
Fiber optic expansion in rural and suburban zones north of Berlin. Ten kilometers required hand excavation in environmentally sensitive wooded areas — executed in coordination with local environmental authorities under full DIN compliance.
Westnetz GmbH via Vitronet · 2024 · Steinheim · Lügde · Dortmund
Civil works and surface reinstatement across three urban NRW locations as a Westnetz-approved supplier. Each site demanded active traffic management and strict NRW road authority compliance in restricted urban working space.
OXG Glasfaser GmbH · 2025–2026
Comprehensive city-wide FTTH rollout as sole civil works contractor. Multiple PDP sections already formally accepted by the City of Krefeld. OTDR test protocols and as-built documentation maintained per section throughout the controlled delivery model.
All project documentation available under NDA. As-built drawings, OTDR protocols, acceptance certificates and photo logs provided on request.
Request DocumentationA five-phase delivery model applied uniformly across every project since 2022. Documentation is treated as a primary deliverable — not a closing exercise. As-built drawings, OTDR protocols and compliance logs are compiled in real time, so acceptance preparation is never a back-end bottleneck.
Site assessment, resource planning and regulatory alignment with municipality, utility and traffic authorities.
Engineer-supervised fieldwork with defined quality checkpoints at each section closure.
KPI-driven progress tracking, cost control and early risk detection across all crews.
Continuous as-built records, OTDR test protocols and compliance logs maintained in real time.
Structured acceptance preparation — zero open items at handover to the client.
All three practice areas — fiber, civil and electrical — operate under one engineering management. The same registered engineer signs off on every acceptance protocol, eliminating the interface risk that comes with fragmented subcontractor packages.
Projects are managed against PMI-style performance indicators: scope fulfilment, schedule adherence, cost discipline and quality compliance. Internal reviews held weekly; client-facing progress reports issued in agreed cadence.
A fully owned plant fleet — excavators, HDD machines, fiber splicers, OTDR equipment — eliminates rental dependencies, removes scheduling risk and ensures MCPOWER can mobilize on short notice without third-party constraints.
Not just execution — controlled, accountable, documented delivery from day one of mobilization. The differentiators below are verifiable, not aspirational.
Every completed project handed over with full regulatory acceptance. A documented record from 2022 onward — not a slogan, a file of protocols.
Two registered engineers — civil (IK-Bau NRW) and electrical — carry technical responsibility from mobilization through Abnahme. Liability is not delegated.
Mobilization → Execution → Monitoring → Documentation → Abnahme. Applied uniformly since 2022. Active subcontractor coordination at every stage.
PMI-aligned tracking across scope, schedule, cost and quality. Weekly internal reviews. Client-facing progress reports on agreed cadence.
Owned machinery for civil, reinstatement and fiber works. No dependency on third-party plant, no scheduling risk between crews and equipment.
Credit Index 284 with 1.74% probability of default — well below the German average. Payment discipline within agreed terms, consistently.
25 professionals across Cologne and Berlin. Engineering registrations covering NRW and Berlin. Capacity scales without quality loss.
Leadership with 10–20 years at Turkcell, Huawei, Ericsson and Vodafone. We understand the operator's delivery requirements from both sides of the contract.
Permit dependencies, scope ambiguities and resource constraints are identified and mitigated before they become timeline events — not after.
MCPOWER Europe is led by engineers who have delivered fiber optic and telecom infrastructure at scale — on the operator side, not just as subcontractors. That experience shapes every project decision.
M.Sc. Civil Engineering, Yıldız Technical University. Registered Civil Engineer with IK-Bau NRW since 2024. Founder and CEO of MCPOWER Global. Over 15 years of project management experience spanning fiber optic infrastructure, telecom and solar energy for Turkcell, Huawei and MEDAŞ. Delivered 65,000 FTTX connections and a 3 MW solar EPC project in Türkiye before establishing the European operation.
Electrical-Electronics Engineer, registered with IK-Bau NRW. Operations Manager for Electrical Technicians under HWK Berlin certification. Ten years of hands-on experience in telecom and electrical infrastructure with Turkcell, Huawei and Aydem. Field-level expertise in MV/LV cable installation, substation works and grid connection — coordinates German electrical certification compliance across all MCPOWER projects.
